Nice Shot Shacho (ナイスショット社長！) is what you must absolutely say to your boss after each golf shot he makes, no matter how good or bad it it. To get that nice shot yourself, you have to start practicing at an early age, at any opportunity you can, even in the station waiting for the train.
There was a series of posters recently, with Lichentenstein style cartoons depicting Japanese people doing various bad mannered things on the train. One of them was the classic golf-playing salaryman, covering everyone with water from his rain drenched umbrella. At least this guy has manners to just use his pretend golf stick.
